This role sits within a strategic growth team responsible for building relationships with wealth platforms, asset managers, and financial institutions as the firm develops next-generation infrastructure supporting private market investment workflows.
This is a highly visible position working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to help shape how ledger-based solutions are introduced across the alternatives ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead outreach to prospective institutional partners across wealth management firms, asset managers, and financial platforms
- Support commercialization of a blockchain-enabled platform designed to modernize private market investment processes
- Respond to RFPs and help structure enterprise partnership opportunities
- Develop market strategy informed by competitive intelligence and industry trends in tokenization and digital securities infrastructure
- Collaborate with internal product, relationship management, and leadership teams on go-to-market initiatives
- Help define scalable frameworks for partnership engagement and platform expansion
- Represent the business externally with senior stakeholders across the digital assets and alternatives landscape
Preferred Background
- 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or platform distribution within financial services or fintech
- Exposure to distributed ledger technology, digital securities, or tokenization initiatives
- Familiarity with private markets, structured investments, or wealth platform ecosystems
- Experience working with broker-dealers, RIAs, private banks, asset managers, custodians, or infrastructure providers
- Track record building enterprise-level partnerships with senior decision makers
- Experience supporting SaaS or platform integrations within wealth or capital markets environments
- Ability to operate independently in a strategic, externally facing role
