About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Carpenter/Foreman to lead field crews on construction projects across Buffalo. This role is perfect for a skilled tradesperson who thrives in leadership, sets the pace on site, and who will work alongside the team.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and work with crews to keep projects on schedule and on spec
- Read blueprints and coordinate with project managers & subcontractors
- Ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards, PPE, daily safety checks)
- Maintain high quality workmanship while mentoring apprentices/journeymen
- Track daily progress and help resolve on-site challenges
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of construction trade experience, with leadership background
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety standards
- Ability to read drawings and communicate clearly with crews & management
- OSHA 30 (preferred), valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
