Job description:
We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter / Handyman Specialist with multi-year experience across rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and general home repair to join KnA. This isn’t a basic crew role—you’ll be a core part of our operation, contributing from start to finish on projects and bringing problem-solving, craftsmanship, and leadership to every job site.
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality rough framing, finish carpentry, and custom woodwork (framing, kitchen installs, door/window installation, trim, built-ins, etc.).
- Handle a range of handyman tasks and small repairs to support project flow and client needs.
- Read and interpret project plans, measurements, and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Provide daily status updates and loop in Kent when needed.
- Collaborate closely with the project team to meet deadlines and uphold KnA quality standards.
- Step into a working-manager role when required, setting the tone for professionalism, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

- Ability to work independently and within a small, fast-moving team.

- Willingness to wear KnA apparel when interacting with clients.

- Paid bi-weekly via ACH deposit (salary TBD).
