What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lease Operator position at KN Management and Service?
Lease operator
Primarily, a lease operator will track production and pressures for all the company's wells on a specific route and ensures they are working properly. He/She ensures the substances make it from the wells to the production facilities. His/Her duties revolve around performing general inspection, maintenance, minor repairs, and equipment replacements. Additionally, he/she reports maintenance, production, health, and safety issues to the production foreman. Also, he/she ensures compliance with all health, environmental, and safety regulations and policies while performing his/her duties.
Furthermore, he/she records all oil production from each well in the field and provides emergency services. This job requires a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent with at least two years of related production experience. Applicants should have a valid driver's license. You must possess time management, mechanical, computer, interpersonal, and communication skills.
The ideal lease operator is mechanically minded and excels at troubleshooting and solving problems.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
