Job Description:
As a Pipe Layer at KN Excavation, your role will be pivotal to the successful execution of our excavation projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Expertly laying pipe for water, sewer, and storm systems while maintaining precise alignment and depth.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, cut sheets, and project plans to ensure accurate pipe installation.
- Utilizing tools such as Topcon GPS, pipe lasers, and other equipment to maintain grade and alignment.
- Collaborating closely with the excavation team to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Identifying and addressing any issues with pipe placement and suggesting solutions to the supervisor.
- Ensuring a safe and compliant work environment, following all safety regulations.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pipe Layer, particularly in water, sewer, and storm systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, cut sheets, and project plans.
- Ability to operate tools like Topcon GPS, pipe laser, and other relevant equipment.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
