Responsibilities
- Install seamless gutter systems on residential and commercial properties.
- Install and assemble screen enclosures, patio covers, and other exterior structures.
- Assist with fencing and various exterior home improvement projects.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and job-related equipment.
- Measure, cut, and handle a variety of construction materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing tools, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment both on and off the job site.
- Follow company safety guidelines and installation procedures.
- Work alongside team members to complete projects efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Treat customers, coworkers, and customer properties with professionalism and respect.
- Be willing to learn new skills, take direction, and grow within the company.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools or willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new trades, materials, and installation techniques.
- Experience is not need but does help. We will train YOU!

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
