REQ 49375 Instructional Designer - As of now Hybrid (Onsite Required as and when required; probably from September to December, it will be Onsite) DMV Local - 12 Months Contract to Full Time -W2 and Local Candidates Required
Must systematically apply ADDIE/SAM and eLearning theory to analyze learning needs, develop content (online courses, manuals, video tutorials, simulations), and evaluate programs for ongoing relevance (End-to-end application of instructional design models).
Requires expert experience with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia to build visually polished, interactive eLearning modules and digitized presentations.
Healthcare domain & claims process knowledge Must have a healthcare industry background with hands-on experience developing training on Healthcare Claims Enrollment (standard forms 2809/2810), Claims Insurance, and tool-based learning materials.
Design complete instructor-led training sessions (including virtual ILT), develop supporting materials (outlines, facilitator guides, slide decks), and facilitate sessions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
E-Learning Instructional Design Certification required
Note: Look for someone who is a Instructional Designer with eLearning certification and expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia; proven application of ADDIE/SAM and eLearning theory; hands-on experience designing and facilitating virtual instructor-led training sessions and exposure to healthcare background including claims enrollment (forms 2809/2810).
