Job Description
We are seeking a CNC Multi-Axis Mill-Turn Setup/Operator to join our elite manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in CNC multi-axis mill-turn, with a focus on 8-11 axis machines. Experience with DMG Mori NLX or NZX platforms is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, modify, and optimize NC code for peak performance
- Perform inspections and verify that all parts meet quality standards and specs.
- Troubleshoot problems, suggest improvements, and support lights-out manufacturing
Requirements:
- 7 years of CNC multi-axis (8 Axis) mill-turn experience
- Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings and blueprints with GD&T
- Cutting Tool Selection Skills & Experience and machining a variety of Stainless Steel, High Temp Alloys, Aluminum & Titanium
- Solid understanding of setup sheets, tooling, speeds/feeds, and in-process inspections
- Passion for problem-solving and process improvement
- Experience in regulated manufacturing to Quality Management Standards such as ISO 13485 or AS9100
