We are seeking a Deburring team member to support manufacturing with critical responsibility of customer satisfaction. This position is responsible to perform hand deburring, sandblasting, operating specialty deburring equipment and other finishing techniques.  Perform passivation, titanium anodize, parts washing, and other parts finishing processing as required.

We are hiring a Deburring / Finishing Technician to support high-quality aerospace and medical component production. This role is responsible for precision hand finishing, sandblasting, parts cleaning, and surface treatment processes to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Deburr and finish precision parts using hand tools and specialty equipment

• Perform sandblasting and surface preparation

• Run automated passivation and parts washing systems

• Perform titanium anodizing and related finishing operations

• Inspect parts for quality and document work (time, qty, scrap, rework)

Qualifications

• Experience in deburring, grinding, sanding, polishing, or metal finishing

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions

• Comfortable working in a production environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Great Fit If You’ve Worked In:

• Aerospace repair / MRO

• Automotive body / paint / prep

• Powder coating or plating shops

• Welding/fabrication finishing

• Tool & die / mold polishing

Experience with passivation/anodizing is a plus (training available).
