What You'll Do
- Manage correspondence with property owners, housing agencies, residents, and team members
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Prepare and distribute reports and administrative documentation
- Support a portfolio of residential properties and assist with operational needs
- Coordinate schedules, communications, and projects across multiple teams
- Assist with training and mentoring new administrative staff
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Previous administrative, office support, or coordinator experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated work style
- Property management experience is preferred but not required
