We are seeking a Leasing Professional in Chicago, IL who is energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoys new challenges. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a team player. Previous property management experience is preferred, but not required.
You Have:
- Marketing and networking skills
- Must have 2-3 years of prior real estate leasing in an apartment community
- Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance
- Phone and email etiquette
- Strong communication skills
- Sales experience
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Organizational skills
- Computer knowledge
