What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at KMG Hotels?

Position Overview:
- While a hotel and PEP experience would be great, it isn't necessary, but the right attitude and demeanor are.
- This position is full-time (30-40 hours a week).
- Hotels are a true 24-hour-a-day, 365 days a year, Weekends and Holidays are mandatory.
- This position will be responsible for arriving, departing, and in-house guests as well as telephone inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
- Issues room key and gives directions.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
- Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.
