- The Clinical Consultant is responsible for conducting clinical reviews of medical job accommodation requests submitted under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- This role ensures that all requests are evaluated in accordance with federal and state disability laws, internal policies, and best practices.
- The consultant serves as a key liaison between employees, healthcare providers, HR Compliance, and line-of-business managers to facilitate the support the interactive process and determine reasonable accommodations.

- RN, NP, or other licensed clinical credentials.
- 3 years of experience in occupational health, disability management, or ADA compliance.

- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with ergonomic and workplace accommodation tools preferred.
