Pay Rate: $90.00/hr
Shifts Needed
- 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Coverage is needed for the following dates:
- October: 6,7,8,9,10,20,21,22,23,24
- November: 3,4,5,6,7,10,12,24
- December: 1,2,3,4,5,22,23,26,29,30,31
- Coverage for as many days as possible would be preferred.
- Dates are subject to change.
- Contract assignment through 12/31/2025 (Possible extension)
- Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
- Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
- Collaborates with Physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary.
- Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
- Maintains medical records
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program
- AANP or NCCPA Certification
- Prior clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting and occupational health
