Frame Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform structural and frame repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Measure and diagnose vehicle damage using frame measuring systems.
- Operate frame racks and pulling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Complete welding and structural replacement procedures as required.
- Collaborate with estimators and production staff to ensure repair quality and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous auto body frame repair experience required.
- Knowledge of OEM repair procedures and structural repair techniques.
- Ability to use frame measuring and alignment equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Reassembly Technician
Responsibilities:
- Reassemble vehicles after body and paint repairs.
- Install trim, moldings, lights, bumpers, mirrors, and interior components.
- Verify all systems and components function properly before delivery.
- Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.
- Perform quality control inspections during the reassembly process.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive reassembly, body shop, or mechanical work required.
- Strong understanding of vehicle components and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
