About the Role:
Looking for a friendly and energetic Morning Breakfast Attendant to help start our guests' days off right! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of our hotel each morning, creating a warm and memorable dining experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the morning breakfast buffet, ensuring food items are fully stocked and freshly replenished
- Greet and assist hotel guests in the breakfast area with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items including coffee, pastries, eggs, and more
- Monitor food temperatures and ensure all items meet health and safety standards
- Keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and presentable throughout the morning service
- Clear and sanitize tables, counters, and serving stations promptly
- Break down and properly store all breakfast items at the close of service
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a hotel environment preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts, typically starting between 5:00–6:00 AM
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, guest-first attitude
- Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with minimal supervision needed
- Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
