We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive business growth across diverse markets. You will work side by side with our long tenured station manager to continue our long tradition of sales success.
Duties
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team focused on outside sales, business development, and account management.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals, emphasizing B2B (business-to-business) sales and technology solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities through analysis skills and industry research, expanding the company's reach.
- Oversee marketing initiatives that support sales efforts, including promotional campaigns and digital outreach.
- Utilize CRM tools such to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
