Job Summary
The Quality Manager leads Grover's Quality Department, maintains the Quality Management System (QMS), ensures compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and supports continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. This position works closely with both U.S. and international partners. French language skills are a plus, and candidates with an interest in learning French are encouraged to apply.

- Annual salary range of $93,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications
- First-shift schedule, Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts with a flexible start time between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
- Minimum of 5 years of technical and management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working within ISO-certified quality systems
- Strong understanding of GD&T, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience with SPC, process capability studies, statistics, and quality analysis tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- French language proficiency is preferred but not required; candidates with an interest in learning French are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities and Scope
- Lead and develop the Quality Department, including supervision of Quality Technicians
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, AS9100, and customer quality requirements
- Coordinate internal and external quality audits
- Serve as the primary contact for quality-related customer issues and corrective actions
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to support quality, manufacturing, and process improvement initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement using quality metrics, data analysis, and best practices
- Collaborate with customers and international partners on quality and compliance initiatives
Travel Requirements
Domestic and international travel may be required a few times per year to support customers, company operations, and collaboration with Grover's parent company and global partners.
