Welcomes visitors and associates by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries

Maintains security protocols following Security Policy, completing and filing Visitor logs, issuing temp visitor badges assuring escort is with visitor.

Permanent member of the Health and Safety Committee

First Aid Kit control

Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Reports as assigned by Site Director or General Services Coordinator.

Answer the calls in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.

Support for any monthly team engagement activities

Comply with all of the established policies (General, Security of Information, Compliance) and Standards of conduct established by KM2. Your duties will include but not be restricted to the above.

Other responsibilities or duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
