About the Role
As a Tile Sales Manager at KLZ Stone Supply, you’ll manage and grow a defined territory by working directly with:
- General contractors
- Tile installers
- Builders and remodelers
- Designers and project managers
- This role is about more than making sales — it’s about becoming a trusted resource for your customers. You’ll help them choose the right products, stay on schedule, and complete successful projects.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prospect for new business and expand existing accounts
- Visit job sites and meet customers face-to-face
- Provide product information, samples, and solutions
- Prepare quotes and follow up on project opportunities
- Collaborate with our warehouse and operations team to ensure smooth deliveries
- Keep organized records of customer interactions and opportunities
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience (construction or building materials preferred, but not required)
- A positive, self-motivated attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory
