If you enjoy working with your hands, staying active, and being part of a team, this is a great place to start-and grow.
What You'll Do:
- Clean and prep steel parts for welding and fabrication
- Grind off rust, mill scale, slag, and burrs
- Use hand tools and shop equipment (saws, drills, shears, etc.)
- Sort, organize, and stage materials for production
- Move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided)
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
