Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize offices, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and surface cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness of breakrooms, ensuring tables, chairs, appliances, and countertops are clean and sanitized.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
- Restock bathrooms and breakrooms with supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and other necessary items.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly and safely.
- Collaborate with other custodial staff to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to standards.
- Responsibilities are not limited to the list above and include additional assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a custodian, janitor, or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning practices.
- Good physical condition: ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
