As a Material Handler / Stager, you'll play a critical role in keeping production moving. Your work ensures our welders and machine operators have the right materials, in the right place, at the right time. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a team that takes pride in what they build, we'd love to meet you.
- Stage steel parts for welders using project blueprints
- Move, sort, and organize materials throughout the shop
- Stack and store steel safely and efficiently
- Prepare steel parts using a drill press and hand tools
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to transport materials (training provided)
- Work closely with welders, machine operators, and production leaders to keep projects moving
- Help maintain organized inventory and support production priorities
- Dependable, safety-minded team player
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working around equipment and moving materials
- Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate
- Consistent daytime schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
