Klutch Cannabis is seeking a hands-on Help Desk Technician to provide frontline technical support for employees and retail locations throughout the organization.
This position will serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests and will be responsible for resolving Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues, preparing and deploying computers and other technology, maintaining IT inventory and documentation, and completing routine IT operational checks.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working directly with end users, and willing to take ownership of issues through resolution. This is a support-focused position with opportunities to gain experience in Microsoft 365, endpoint management, networking, security, retail technology, and other areas of IT administration.
Salary : $52,000 - $62,000
