Project Manager to lead mechanical aspects of significant commercial projects.
Ideal candidates will possess a strong track record of success on mid-rise,
high-rise, data center, or distribution center projects.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Demonstrated
leadership, problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, and
organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient
in BIM, Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project.
- Exceptional
verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven
ability to effectively organize and direct project teams to achieve
objectives.
- Strong
negotiation and contract management skills to represent the company
professionally with owners.
- Solid
foundational knowledge across various construction disciplines.
- Minimum
of 10 years of commercial construction management experience.
- Experience
managing medium to large-scale projects (>$20M).
- Bachelor’s
degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
