The Vision
We do more than outfit the world’s best athletes. We are a place to explore potential, obliterate boundaries, and push the edges of what can be. We are looking for achievers, leaders, and visionaries who thrive on diversity and imagination.
In this role, you will sit at the heart of an exciting new chapter: combining a legacy of elite innovation with a dedication to the female form. We are carving out a bold position in the global fitness industry—delivering inclusive, technical solutions for every body that make women feel strong and confident. As we expand into global markets in 2026, we need a testing lead who can ensure our products reflect the soul of sport.
Who We Are Looking For
You are a thoughtful, detail-oriented expert who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Given the intimate nature of Underwear, Loungewear, and technical Shapewear, you must be a subject matter expert in consumer research and performance testing.
Key Qualifications:
Expertise: Proven experience in body-conscious apparel and "close-to-body" product testing.
Communication: Exceptional ability to manage sensitive, body-conscious discussions with discretion, respect, and inclusivity.
Data-Driven: Ability to turn complex athlete feedback into actionable insights for design and development.
Influencing Skills: A track record of identifying opportunities and implementing solutions alongside leadership.
What You Will Do
As an integral part of the Apparel Product Testing Team, you will bridge the gap between athlete insights and technical execution.
Execute & Evolve: Lead all aspects of product testing while evolving practices to advance our global capabilities.
Analyze: Expertly interpret quantitative and qualitative data to deliver high-impact reports to Product Creation and Apparel Leadership.
Collaborate: Partner cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Technical Development, Risk Engineering, and Apparel Labs.
Amplify the Athlete’s Voice: Build relationships with target athletes to capture feedback that ensures our fit and performance meet the highest global standards.
Strategy: Recruit test groups and develop long-term strategies for a broader, more inclusive testing program.
Who You Will Work With
You will work "lockstep" with a world-class team of developers, engineers, and designers. Most importantly, you will work directly with female athletes* to ensure their needs are heard, respected, and woven into the very fabric of our final products.
Salary : $33 - $61
