What are the responsibilities and job description for the Excavator Operator/ Laborer position at KLS Underground INC?
Our underground excavation company is currently hiring for a Machinery Operator/ Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this position has experience with equipment and tools, is capable of getting along with a team and is an energetic, motivated self-starter. The Laborer will be responsible for completing various tasks both independently and under the direct supervision of the Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to work in all environments.
- Lift, carry, and place objects on a truck or into storage.
- Dig trenches in hard-packed dirt.
- Operate heavy machinery.
- Manage time effectively to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Maintain good communication and working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and customers.
- Move equipment around the job site.
- Move large objects and materials using multiple machines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
