We are seeking an experienced and professional Luxury Reservation Agent / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury transportation environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and manage reservation requests professionally and efficiently
- Handle multiple phone calls and customer inquiries simultaneously
- Create, modify, and manage reservations accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service to executive, corporate, and VIP clients
- Research and verify pickup and drop-off locations using online mapping and research tools
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth service execution
- Respond to emails and customer messages promptly
- Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and attention to detail
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reservations, customer service, hospitality, transportation, or a related field
- Ability to manage multiple phone lines and high call volumes
- Strong online research skills, including the ability to locate and verify addresses, venues, airports, hotels, and points of interest
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude
- Experience with reservation, dispatch, or transportation software is preferred
