Job Title: HR Payroll Associate
Location: Las Vegas, NV
We are a well-established, high-volume transportation company operating since 1970 and recognized as one of the largest limousine and bus service providers in Nevada. Under new ownership and continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team and support a workforce of approximately 200 employees.
Position Overview
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing and processing payroll, ensuring compliance with all federal and Nevada state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for ~300 employees
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees
- Coordinate with HR and Accounting for reporting and audits
- Maintain organized payroll documentation and reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of payroll experience
- Experience handling payroll for 150 employees preferred
- Strong computer skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (reports, formulas, data tracking)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
- Experience with payroll systems (Paychex, ADP, or similar)
- Knowledge of federal and Nevada labor laws
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
