Director of Digital Marketing & AI Innovation

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and technology-driven professional to lead our digital marketing, branding, social media, and AI innovation efforts for two growing luxury transportation companies.
This is a leadership role working directly with ownership and executive management to help grow, modernize, and improve company performance through technology, automation, marketing, and operational innovation.
Responsibilities
- Manage all social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Oversee websites, SEO, Google Ads, and digital advertising campaigns
- Create and coordinate photo/video content and branding materials
- Help grow and strengthen the Bell and KLS luxury brand image
- Manage marketing and branding budgets
- Track campaign performance, analytics, and ROI reporting
- Research, recommend, and implement new software, applications, and AI tools to improve company performance and efficiency
- Help modernize operations through automation and digital systems
- Assist with the implementation of AI tools for reservations, dispatch, customer service, reporting, and office operations
- Create reporting systems and performance dashboards for management
- Coordinate with outside marketing vendors, developers, and creative teams
- Help leadership identify areas where technology can improve workflow, customer experience, and profitability
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website management
- Experience with branding and marketing budgets
- Strong interest or experience in AI, automation, and business technology
- Experience implementing software or operational systems is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience in the luxury, hospitality, travel, or transportation industries preferred
