Duties
- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for various menu items.
- Support the culinary team during busy service periods by bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including counters, sinks, and storage areas, following health and safety regulations.
- Help with basic catering and banquet setups, ensuring all food prep areas are organized and ready for service.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues in daily kitchen operations.
Skills
