Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

- Manage all projects and initiatives related to a designated commercial account.
- Serve as the primary internal coordinator between sales, operations, vendors, and the customer.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
- Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Communicate project status, updates, and potential issues to internal teams and customer stakeholders.
