Title: Java Full Stack Developer with DevOps
Location - Phoenix, AZ & Charlotte NC Only Locals

In this role, you will:
- Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
- Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
- Assess and prioritize team s current backlog and coordinate delivery timelines to meet compliance deliverables and business deliverables
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5 years of Java experience
- 5 years of API - driven development experience working with remote data via SOAP, REST and JSON
- 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on API design, development, and integration
- 5 years of experience with Agile, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD), DevOps concepts
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of AI concepts and experience integrating with AI tools, APIs
- 3 years experience in any of the following front-end technologies: Typescript, JavaScript, JSON, CSS, Ajax and HTML 5
- 2 years experience in UI development using React or Angular
- 3 years of experience in Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) & Domain Driven Development (DDD)
- 3 years of hands-on experience in using BDD testing frameworks (Cucumber, Karate etc.)
- Solid understanding of web application security principles, including authentication, authorization, secure session management, encryption, and protection against common vulnerabilities
- 4 years of experience with Azure, PCF (Pivotal cloud foundry) OpenShift or other PaaS and cloud technologies
- 4 years of experience with Jira software, Confluence software, Draw.io
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
