As an Account Executive, you will work directly with customers while representing our clients' products and services. You will receive hands-on training in our sales process, customer communication, account management, and day-to-day business operations.
No specific prior sales experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, professional, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
Responsibilities- Represent client products and services professionally in customer-facing interactions
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs
- Present relevant products, services, and solutions clearly and accurately
- Assist with customer acquisition and account support
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Follow up with customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team objectives
- Participate in ongoing product, sales, and professional development training
- Maintain knowledge of current client offerings, promotions, and procedures
