What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Contractor Coordinator position at KLLM Transport Services?
Job Summary:
- Audit Owner/Operator Settlements
- Verify Owner/Operator address
- Communicate weekly settlement with Owner/Operators
- Research and correct driver settlement discrepancies
- Set up new driver in settlement system
- Work with other departments in producing quarterly and year-end driver reports
- File various settlement related records
- Correspond with Owner/Operators as needed
- Handle calls, emails from contractors and support staff
- Audit maintenance accounts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Computer literacy and basic personal computer or host terminal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good phone and communication skills
- Ability to follow up on unfinished tasks and manage multiple priorities
