Duties

• Operate tractor-trailers with automatic transmissions, ensuring safe handling and compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Drive refrigerated trailers
• NO TOUCH FREIGHT
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load security
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes traveled, and delivery documentation in accordance with federal regulations
• Plan efficient routes to optimize delivery schedules while adhering to safety standards and delivery windows
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and leadership to coordinate pickups and deliveries

Experience

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record minimum 6 months experience.
• Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving over long distances
• Familiarity with refrigerated trailers
• Strong understanding of federal regulations governing commercial driving hours and safety standards.
