Produce creative visual content under direct supervision. This role supports the marketing and communications department by designing materials that communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of graphics, infographics, document layout, presentations, brochures, digital design, and visual content for social media as well as internal materials.
- Assist in the creation of short-form and long-form motion graphics.
- Follow established templates and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality in design projects.
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution.
- Assist in maintaining visual asset libraries.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Qualifications Required
- Associate/bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of design principles and typography.
- Ability to travel on an infrequent basis.
