The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-performing sales professional with an existing healthcare pipeline in Florida.

This is not an entry-level role.

This is for someone who already has:

  • Relationships with healthcare decision-makers
  • Access to active opportunities
  • The ability to open doors and close high-value deals

You will be selling high-ticket engagements ($10K–$100K ) to physician groups, MSOs, and healthcare executives.



What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leverage your existing healthcare network and pipeline to generate opportunities
  • Engage directly with decision-makers (CEO, CFO, Practice Owners, Administrators)
  • Lead conversations focused on financial performance, revenue recovery, and EBITDA improvement
  • Qualify opportunities and coordinate discovery calls
  • Position Klinix Health as a strategic partner—not a vendor
  • Drive deals from introduction to close



What We’re Looking For

  • Must be based in Florida (remote role)
  • Proven healthcare sales experience with an active pipeline
  • Existing relationships with physician groups, MSOs, or healthcare systems
  • Experience selling high-value services or solutions
  • Strong communication, positioning, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on performance



What You’ll Be Selling

Klinix Health delivers high-impact services that directly improve financial performance:


  • Revenue Recovery & Optimization (identify missed revenue, reduce denials)
  • AI-Driven Call Center & Workflow Automation (reduce costs, improve access)
  • Fractional CIO / IT Strategy (align technology with business goals)
  • Data & “Source of Truth” Strategy (improve visibility and decision-making)
  • System Integrations, including CRM platforms like Salesforce and leading EHR systems, to streamline operations and improve data flow across the organization



Compensation Structure

This role is designed for top performers who want to earn based on results.

Commission

  • 10% – 15% per closed deal (tiered based on performance)

Accelerators

  • Higher commission rates as monthly revenue increases
  • Bonuses for multi-deal months and high production

Residual Income

  • 5% recurring commission on retained clients (6–12 months)



Earning Potential (not guaranteed - based on your performance).

  • Typical deal size: $25K – $100K
  • Earnings per deal: $5K – $25K
  • Top performers can generate $300K – $700K annually

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, but not required. 5 years of sales minimum experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software (CRM).
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them.
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process.
  • Experience in managing a book of business.


Salary : $300,000 - $700,000
