Job summary
Responsibilities will include assisting in the daily functions of accounts receivable and
collections, including assisting customers and our Factory Reps and performing
telephone collections.
Summary of essential job functions
Primary duties are monitoring daily orders that are placed on hold and making collection
calls. Processing credit card payments, answering accounting help line, and performing
general accounting and clerical duties.
Minimum requirements
Education or Basic Knowledge: High School education, and specialized training and (or)
experience in Accounting/Accounts Receivables.
Abilities required
Experience in Word, Excel, and 10 key
Excellent communication skills

Requirements
- Education or Basic Knowledge: High School education, specialized training and (or) experience in accounting.
- Experience: the minimum previous related experience, whether acquired from outside or within the company, should be 2 years.
