Job Overview
Klinger Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team in Germantown, Maryland. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of personal insurance clients, delivering exceptional customer service while managing policy renewals, endorsements, and new business applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of personal lines insurance clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and new business applications accurately and efficiently.
- Review existing policies to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with agents and underwriters to resolve policy and coverage concerns.
- Stay informed on insurance products, carrier updates, and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland Property & Casualty Producer License.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience managing Personal Lines insurance accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using insurance agency management systems such as Applied Epic.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience identifying cross-selling or coverage enhancement opportunities.
- Passion for helping clients find the best insurance solutions.
