Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or facility maintenance roles.
• Ability to operate basic groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and cleaning machinery.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a corporate or financial services environment.
• Certification in groundskeeping, landscaping, or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of environmentally sustainable landscaping practices.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom upkeep.
• Maintain landscaping by mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, watering plants, and managing seasonal planting to ensure grounds are visually appealing.
• Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address safety hazards, maintenance needs, or repair requirements.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down furniture or equipment for company events or meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with facility management to report major repairs or improvements and support vendor access when necessary.
