Transactional Associate - San Diego

Klinedinst PC is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and entrepreneurial attorney who is ready to join our growing and dynamic team in San Diego. Klinedinst is seeking a Transactional Associate with two (2) years of experience to play a critical role in negotiating and advising clients on contracts for corporate clients. As part of Klinedinst’s General Counsel, Transactional, and M&A group, the Transactional Associate will serve a vital role in representing clients in a wide range of transactional legal matters, from entity formations and licensing agreements to representing clients in fundraising activities, M&A and a wide array of contract negotiations.

Candidates for the Transactional Associate position should have at least two years of experience and a strong interest in gaining corporate, M&A, and general transactional experience. Candidates should also be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California. Experience in this subject is not as important as a strong hunger to learn more and go above and beyond for our clients. Familiarity with working with SaaS and software companies and data privacy is a plus, but not required.

4. Strong credentials and membership in good standing with the State Bar of California are required.

5. Pay range: $130,000-$160,000 per year (depends on experience)

Pay ranges are provided in compliance with SB1162, California’s pay transparency law; actual pay may vary based on a variety of factors, including education, applicable experience, etc.
