Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 4 years of experience to take depositions, interview witnesses, write motions, and analyze employment law matters involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Experience with wage and hour class action and PAGA representative claims is preferred.

We’re also looking for attorneys with experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.
