- Independent thinker, mechanically inclined, responsible candidate who is looking for a flexible part-time ice cream making job in a quick paced clean environment.
- Position requires lifting boxes, 5-gallon buckets, stainless steel tanks & etc. Must be able to lift 50-75lbs.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Position is not a customer facing no cash register skills needed.
- Daily preparation of ice cream flavors, general cleaning of store, 10-gallon cans, and freezers.
- Daily cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing ice cream machines for production.
- Daily outdoor cleaning of counters, tables, and washing of concrete.
- Math skills - include measuring and calculating quantity of ice cream on hand and determine what needs to be made on a daily basis.
- Maintain communication with Ice Cream Supervisor regarding daily routine or issues.
- Part Time Position - Typical hours - 7AM-2PM, 12 to 20 /- hours during high season. Weekend hours required. Typically, rotating weekends.
- Training period - 6-8 weeks with experienced ice cream maker. Once training is complete, employee will work independently.
- Responsible for being on-call daily, if more ice cream is needed.
- Responsible for accepting weekly deliveries.

Summary
As an Ice Production Associate, you will be responsible for creating delicious ice cream products while ensuring high standards of food preparation and safety. Reporting to the Head Ice Cream Maker, you will utilize your culinary experience and food handling skills to craft unique flavors and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
