We are immediately hiring a full-time RN Registered Nurse, which includes a $5,000 sign on bonus (signing bonus is prorated if hired Part time)
Territory: North King County (North Seattle and suburbs through Shoreline).
As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating the patient and home health environment to determine required services, completing timely OASIS documentation as required.
- Developing and implementing a patient-centered care plan in collaboration with the patient and/or caregivers.
- You’ll use all your nursing skills including wound care, catheter care, disease process education, and teaching on medication, among others.
- As part of this position, you will be on rotation for weekend on-call, triaging and addressing after-hours nursing needs if necessary. On-call weekends are generously compensated.
- An active Registered Nurse in good standing within the state of Washington.
- Recent home health experience and proficiency in Medicare OASIS E is a plus, but we provide training and mentoring for strong candidates at all experience levels.
- You must also have a reliable car with current insurance coverage and a current driver's license.
