We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part time Hospice Registered Nurse includes $5,000 Sign on Bonus to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in their homes, ensuring comfort and dignity during their end-of-life journey.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and adjust care plans as needed to meet the evolving needs of patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or Multistate licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex patient needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
