Job Description:
Radiologists are medical doctors who specialize in diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries using medical imaging techniques such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, and mammography. They interpret imaging results, collaborate with other physicians, and may perform image-guided procedures to assist in patient treatment and care planning.
- Examine and interpret medical images to identify abnormalities, injuries, or diseases.
- Communicate diagnostic findings and recommendations to referring physicians and healthcare teams.
- Perform and oversee image-guided procedures such as biopsies, drain placements, and vascular interventions (for interventional radiologists).
- Ensure proper imaging protocols and radiation safety standards are followed to protect patients and staff.
- Consult with patients and healthcare providers regarding appropriate imaging studies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, imaging reports, and case documentation.
- Participate in quality assurance, continuing education, and departmental meetings.
- Stay current with advancements in radiologic technology and medical research.
Location: Remote (Client team based in Boston)
Duration: Part-Time (10–15 hours per week, flexible based on availability)
Pay Rate: $150–$170 per hour
- Board-certified Radiologist
- Proven experience in annotating radiology data for AI or machine learning applications
- Ability to review and evaluate AI-assisted medical interpretations with precision and clinical insight
