This is NOT an entry level or helper position.
KlimaTech is specifically hiring experienced HVAC service technicians with REAL field experience, independent troubleshooting ability, and hands on diagnostic knowledge.
Due to previous hiring experiences where applicants misrepresented their HVAC experience level, ALL candidates will go through employment verification and real field evaluation prior to final hiring approval.
If your experience cannot be verified, or if you are unable to independently diagnose and perform HVAC service work in the field, this position will not be a fit.
During the first week, technicians will ride alongside the owner as part of a real world field evaluation process to verify:
- Independent troubleshooting ability
- Real service technician experience
- Diagnostic skills
- Professionalism with customers
- Speed, accuracy, and work quality in live service calls
This process is extremely important to us. We are looking for a REAL technician who can independently perform service work without relying on others to diagnose systems for them.

Schedule

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Perform service calls, tune ups, and troubleshooting
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Keep truck organized and stocked
- Complete service notes and job documentation
- Recommend repairs when needed
Requirements
- Senior HVAC Service Technician experience REQUIRED (Minimum 3 years of verifiable HVAC field experience as a service technician required)
- This is NOT a helper or entry level position
- Employment verification must confirm HVAC experience listed on resume
- Must successfully demonstrate REAL troubleshooting and service ability during ride along evaluations with owner
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable and punctual with a professional mindset
