Pay: $75,000 - $89,000 base salary bonuses opportunities! Potential annual earnings up to $100,000

Position Summary: To manage the installation operations of the company, including the scheduling and dispatch of the crews. Clear and concise communications with company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to the company schedule and requested lead-time. Oversee the training and efficiency of company installers.
Requirements:
- 3 years of residential installation experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating preferred
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice
Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
