Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute commercial and residential remodel and new construction electrical projects.
- Lead and execute commercial and residential service, repair, and installation electrical projects.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the latest electrical codes and safety standards
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing expert solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Effectively communicate with customers, teammates, and leadership
- Mentor and guide apprentices or helpers when necessary
- Manage job materials, tools, and company vehicle to ensure efficiency and readiness
What We're Looking For
- Residential and commercial electrical experience preferred (industrial not required)
- Ability to read commercial blue prints
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- A coachable mindset with a strong desire to grow professionally
